Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and shipped within four business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

United States Delivery

After an order is handed to the carrier, delivery to a United States address is expected within five business days. Carrier delays, severe weather, address issues or other circumstances outside our control may affect the final delivery date.

Shipping Rates

Standard U.S. shipping is complimentary for orders of $300 USD or more. Available shipping methods and charges for orders below the threshold are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking details will be sent after the order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to register the first scan.

Delivery Address

Please review the shipping address before placing an order. Contact AFTER FOUR as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. Once fulfillment has started or the order has shipped, an address change may no longer be possible.

Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Deliveries

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible with the order number and clear photographs so our team can review the issue.
