No. Each of the seven PANDATIME editions has a confirmed face-and-back pairing and is offered as one complete design.

If you would like to request a specific face design and back color, please contact our customer service team before placing your order. We will confirm whether your preferred combination is available.

Table mats are available in 90 × 90 cm, 84 × 84 cm and 80 × 80 cm. All three sizes are the same price.

Each Complete Set includes Premium Dragon Dice in Assorted Colors ×2, a Premium Wind Direction Die in an Assorted Color ×1, 100 Scoring Chips, a Layered Mah Jongg Tile Tray and an Accessory Storage Pouch.

No. Complimentary accessory colors are selected at random and included automatically.

The five complimentary essentials have a $65 comparable retail value based on U.S. retail prices for similar accessories. They are not offered by AFTER FOUR as a separate accessory bundle.

No. The Complete Set includes a standard rack-and-pusher set. AFTER FOUR’s seven premium acrylic rack-and-pusher designs are separate products.

Yes. Every tile set includes four beginner guide cards. They are part of the tile set and are not counted as complimentary accessories.

Orders are prepared and shipped within four business days. After the order is handed to the carrier, delivery to U.S. addresses is expected within five business days.

Orders of $300 USD or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping. Shipping rates for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.

Returns are currently received in China. Contact us for the correct return instructions; neither the Hong Kong company address nor the sender's address on a parcel should be assumed to accept returns. Customers pay the direct shipping cost for change-of-mind returns. After an ordinary return request is confirmed, send the goods within 14 days of receiving the instructions, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Contact us in advance if you need more time.

For product, order, shipping, return or accessibility questions, contact our customer service team using any of the options below.

Eligible change-of-mind return requests can be made within 30 days of delivery; the goods do not need to reach our return facility within those 30 days. Reasonable opening and inspection does not by itself prevent a return, and regular promotional or discounted purchases are covered. Product defects, incorrect items, transit damage and statutory rights are not limited by this ordinary request period.

For change-of-mind returns, the entire Complete Set, including selected components and complimentary items, must be returned together. If one component is defective, damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us. We will address the issue according to the circumstances and applicable law; whether one component or the whole set needs to be returned depends on the resolution.

For ordinary returns, we inspect the goods and notify you within five business days of receipt, then initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within five business days. Bank posting may take longer, and earlier statutory deadlines take priority. Refunds use the amount actually paid and the original discount allocation.

We do not charge restocking or refund processing fees or charge back previously free standard shipping. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping to China. We cover reasonable costs necessary to resolve confirmed defects, transit damage, incorrect or missing items, including return shipping when required. Original paid outbound shipping is generally not refunded for ordinary change-of-mind returns, except where legally required or the return results from our error.

Email us as soon as possible. We make every effort to help before fulfillment begins, but may not be able to stop an order once packing, fulfillment or dispatch has started.
